Y. LU 4-0230 THE WAIST-BOUNCE-If a slender waistline is desirable, supple, relaxed muscles in the lower back is an absolute necessity. Here's an exercise that's sort of fun it goes vigorously to work on both areas. Start from 4 a standing position, fold your arms loosely (just to get them out of the way). Now bend forward and down at the waist as low as you can and bounce up and down, as if you were frantically bobbing for epples.

Don't skimp on the action, but don't overdo it, either. Start with 10 bounces, increasing daily until you lose count or are as loose as a willow in the wind. Handsomely Gilt Boxed tor Taihor't Day Juno 17th Jl 1 A I ci-w tuns tor aVU I 1 DRUG STORES.
