Process in boiling water bath for 10-15 minutes. Delicious served with cottage cheese and breads, especially fruit and nut breads. Boiling water bath: Place jars on a rack in a pan of warm water, so they do not touch each other. Add additional warm water to cover the tops of the jars by 1-inch. Cover pan and bring water to boiling point.

Begin counting processing time now, keeping water boiling gently.
