Survived by her loving husband of 63 years and life partner, Earl, by three admiring children Lisa (Rudolf) Rubiner, Janet Irwin, both of Rochester, and David (Roberta), of Indianapolis, Indiana; six grandchildren, Sam Rubiner, Dinah Irwin, Anthony Irwin, Max Irwin, Greta Lovenheim and Helene Lovenheim; many nephews and nieces, cousins, sisters-in-law and brother-in-law.

Prior to her marriage in 1940, Belle, a graduate of Temple University, was a civil servant for the State Treasurer of Pennsylvania in Harrisburg, and was involved with the administration of the construction of the Pennsylvania Turnpike. A resident of Rochester since 1952, Belle was a long time "Gray Lady" volunteer at the Genesee Hospital, a past secretary-treasurer of Hadassah, and a member of the choir at her beloved Temple B'rith Kodesh. Funeral services will be held Sunday, October 19th at 11 AM in the Benjamin Goldstein Chapel at Temple B'rith Kodesh, 2131 Elmwood Avenue. Interment, Mt. Hope Cemetery.
