The bride is the daughter of Dr. and Mrs. Ethan Lee Welch of Hornell. The bridegroom is the son of the late Mr. and Mrs.

William H. Hayden of Canton. Msgr. Lawrence Gannon officiated and the Rev. Joseph Donovan read the nuptial Mass.

Miss Margaret Ann Welch was her sister's maid of honor and Mrs. Ethan L. Welch, a sister-in-law, and Mrs. Donald J. Mongeon were bridesmaids.

Kather-ine Jean Hayden was flower girl. William John Hayden was best man for her brother. Ushers were two brothers of the bride, Dr. Ethan L. Welch and Joseph D.

Welch; Lawrence Ames and Eugene Finnegan. After a reception at Hornell Country Club, the couple left for Nassau and Bermuda. The bride is a graduate of Marymount College, Tarrytown-on Hudson. Mr. Hayden is a graduate of St.

Lawrence University. Y-Teen Clubs Schedule Fun Festival A LATIN AMERICAN Fun Fiesta, with food, favors, entertainment and games all in the spirit of gay holiday events south of the border, Is announced by Y-Teen clubs of 14 high schools from 4 to 7 p.m. today jn the YWCA auditorium. 175 Clinton Ave. N.

The fiesta will culminate weeks of learning about people and customs in South American countries. More than 1,000 high school girls have taken part in the program which has been emphasized by YWCAs through the country to broaden the scope of the Americas and to help people to appreciate their Latin American neighbors. Parents and friends of Y-Teens are invited. The YWCA auditorium will be transformed into a central square for the occasion with curio shops, booths and a variety of entertainment. Y-Teens will have chili, tortillas, tamales and other delicacies on sale.

There will be serenades a mariachi band, folk dancing, slides, movies and South American music. Gay masks and pinatas and other colorful decorations are planned by the committee. Proceeds will be donated bv the Y-Teens to the YWCA World Fellowship Fund, which furthers the work of the YW in other countries. Serving on the steering committee are: Sandy Balch, Nancy Nixon, Geneva Miller, Nancy Bennett and Jean Sargent. Clubs in the following high GUESTS AT GRANDMA'S Mrs.

Joseph A. Desimone of Batavia announce the engagement of their daughter, Miss Charmaine Desimone, to Richard I. Kimball, son of Mr. and Mrs. Merritt W.

Kimball of Honeoye Falls. A fall wedding is planned. Turkish Girl Engaged to Wokott Man 31R. AND MRS. Pierre Tcheprakoff of Istanbul, Turkey, announce the engagement of their daughter.

Miss Anna Laura Tcheprakoff, to Pvt. David Andrew Ritter, USA, son of Mr. and Mrs. Howard Ritter of Wolcott. Miss Tcheprakoff came to this country and attended Leavonworth High School for her senior year, making her home with Miss Myrtle Carr in Wolcott.

She is a student at Rochester Business Institute and living now with Mr. and Mrs. John Espy in Leland Road. Pvt. Ritter is stationed at Ft.

Mrs. Berlove was one of 24 Hadassah leaders throughout the country selected to make a special subsidized tour of Israel during the spring of 1954. She was also selected as one of Hadassah's 32 delegates to the 23rd World Zionist Congress during the summer of 1951 and as a delegate to the 24th World Zionist Congress in 1956, Hear Zionist her recent trip to Europe with her husband, who is professor of biology at Ho-bart and William Smith Colleges.
