Henry, 66, formerly of 2021 Westfall Road, Brighton, professor emeritus of the University of Rochester Graduate School of Management, died Sunday in Strong Memorial Hospital. Dr. Henry, who retired in June, was recognized as a pioneer in the field of industrial psychology. He was manager of the Social Science Research Division of the Standard Oil Company of New Jersey when he was appointed to the U. of R.

faculty in 1966. Dr. Henry, a native of Kansas, earned master of arts and doctor of philosophy degrees at Ohio State University and a bachelor of science degree at Kansas State Teachers College. He served on the faculties of New York University, Ohio State and the University of Mexico. He was a former chairman of the department of psychology at New York University's University College and the College of Engineering.

During World War II, he was for five years personnel technician, chief of personnel research and, finally, chief psychologist for the U.S. Army. The War Department awarded him the Exceptionally Meritorious Civilian Service Medal for his research and development. Dr. Henry was former director of selection for the U.S.

Peace Corps and helped several Western European countries develop selection procedures for their own similar organizations. He was a fellow of the American Psychological Association and was a past president of division of psychology in business and the division of consulting psychology. Dr. Henry also was a diplomate in industrial psychology and a trustee of the American Board of Examiners on professional psychology. He was co-author of "The Handbook of Applied Psychology" and authored "An Outline of General Psychology." Dr.

Henry maintained a home in Oradell, N.J. Rev. Donald Peck, Methodist Leader The Rev. Donald M. Peck, 55, supervisor of the 60-church Rochester District of the United Methodist Church, died of a heart attack yesterday at his home, 153 Highland Parkway.

The Rev. Mr. Peck, who was a pastor of the West Avenue Methodist Church here from 1959 to 1962, was named district superintendent in April. He was a former pastor of churches in Lyndonville, Geneseo, Greigsville, Lockport, Niagara Falls, Pittsford and Johnsonburg, N.J. and was a former chaplain of the State University College at Geneseo.

The Rev. Mr. Peck, a graduate of Watertown High School, earned a bachelor of arts degree at Syracuse University, and bachelor and master of divinity degrees at Drew Theological Seminary in Madison, N.J. He also studied at Colgate Rochester Divinity School here. The Rev.

Mr. Peck was a former member of the board of directors of the Erie-Niagara Methodist Metro a former trustee of Genesee Junior College in Lima, a member of the conference scholarship committee of the Western New York Conference Program Council, a past president of the New Niagara Committee of Coalition, a former member of the Niagara Falls Human Rights Commission and a past chairman of the Western New York Conference Program Council. He was a past president of the Geneseo Rotary Club and the Lockport Council of Churches and held membership in the Niagara Falls Rotary Club. In Lyndonville, he served on the Orleans County Migrant Ministry Committee five years. The Rev.

Mr. Peck is survived by his wife, Jeanette Ward Peck; a daughter, Cheryl Ann Peck; his mother, Mrs. Mildred F. Peck; a sister, Mrs. Carl Porter, and a brother, John E.
