Father Leon, a native of Costa Rica, was ordained to the priesthood by His Excellency, Most Reverend Roger J. Foys on June 22, 2013. Since his ordination Father has Helen Joyce Bau-dendistel, 67, entered eternal life at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Florence, KY on Friday, October 30, 2015.

Daughter of the late Alex and Ida Broughton, Helen will be dearly missed by her husband of 42 years Ralph D. Baudendis-tel. Sr. of Burlington, KY; her sons: Ralph James (Jim) Allen Code, age 52, of Florence, passed away on October 30, 2015. Jim was born on March 27, 1963 to Robert William Code (Cathy) and the late Betty Jo Code.

Jim graduated from Lloyd Memorial High School. He worked for Mubea, Inc. before moving to Florida and working as il, 40, of Dayton, passed away on Sunday, November 1st. He was a Custodian and Machinist with Hasco Tag Company, Dayton. Ronnie is survived by his daughters, Katelyne Knight, Cheyenne Bonapfel Destiny Bonapfel; father, Ronald (Linda) Bonapfel; moth sister, Rachael (Dave) three nieces and four er, Brenda (Jack) Bryant; D'Amico; one grandchild; D.

Baudendistel II (Cara) of Burlington, KY and Mark Baudendistel of Kenton County, KY; her brother Bubbie Burton (Gale) of Latonia, KY; as well as her grandchildren Alex, Chad, Hanna, Cynthia and Grand. Elizabeth Hospital in Edgewood. He was a retired Purchasing Manager for K.D. Lamp in Cincinnati and worked for several years at Ronald B. Jones Funeral Home after his retirement. Charlie tha Bennett.

Seven grandchildren: FrankV. Benton, Benton, Melissa Dempsey (Jerrod), Bil-inda Benton, Taylor Benton, William O. Coleman, III and Allison Coleman. Two great-grandchildren: Cole and Scout Dempsey. Frank was born in Columbus, Ohio, graduated from Manual Arts High School in Los Angeles, CA, after which he served in the US Navy during WWII.

He graduated from the University of Kentucky Law School. He started his law practice with his father and grandfather in Newport KY in 1951. He served as Commonwealth Attorney from 1963 to 1976. During his early tenure in that position he was instrumental in ridding Newport, KY and Campbell County of gambling influences. He served as President of the Commonwealth Attorney's Association.

He served as president of the Kentucky Bar association in 1979. He was a member of the American College of Trial Lawyers. He retired from his law practice in 1992. Memorial visitation will be held Saturday, November 14 from 10am to 12pm at Highland United Methodist Church, 314 N. Ft.

2, 2015 at her residence at the age of 71. She was the daughter of the late James Murray and Laura Mae Hardin Hopperton, a former insurance agent for Wethington Insurance, a homemaker, and a member of the All Saints Catholic was a member of Sts. Boniface James Church in Ludlow. He was a 45 year member and former Grand Knight for Kehoe Council Knights of Columbus in Ludlow and was a member of the 4th degree Knights of Columbus as well as State Council for the Knights. He was also actively involved with the seminarians and was a Ludlow Councilman for 12 years.

Charlie was preceded in death by his wife, Judith Manning (1997). Survivors include his daughters, Pam (Gregg)Timme of Cincinnati, Beth (John) Dozier of Marieta, GA, Kelly (Ron) Williamson of Ludlow; sister, Carolyn Hogan of Cincinnati; 5 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
