and Mrs. Guy Love. Paul Elliot and son of Ohio spent the week end with the former's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Wilson Elliot.

Tennie Williams spent Monday with Joe Comer. TREE DECORATIONS Mrs. Ed. Day of Rigdon, has in her yard an evergreen tree, which she has decorated with about twenty vari-colored lights, aside from the beauty of the lighted tree, she has gone farther with the Christmas spirit and tied bits of suet over the tree on which her feathered friends feed. Among those coming to feed is a beautiful cardinal.

Boots Marion I NESS PREDOMINATE: 73 MISCELLANEOUS CASES AIRED. One hundred and forty-one arrests were made by Fairmount police during the past 12 months, according to the records of Justice of the Peace Davis. Twenty-six cf these arrests were for drunkenness, while four were for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Seventeen juvenile cases were brought before the local court while four mere were heard en charges of contributing to delinquency.
