We've said our lines and now the masks drop down. The stage-lights drift in to the nearing darkness, Take off the paint no need to longer clown. Three acts, dear heart, and then the final curtain.

Strange that we thought our small play would fco on. We should have known has not all living taught us A stage grows cold long, long before the dawn? JF we could close the door upon old drama, Grief would be done but Hmv can we leave the wings, heart-high and fearless, Who found strange magic in each other's touch? I have a fear of nights when snow is falling, I am afraid of nights when spring is new. For fear your ghost will walk the wings and challenge My new-found ways dear, I grow scared of youl will be transformed.
