Goal of $18,000 Set For Support of 33 Schools Rochester's $18,000 quota' In the United Negro College Fund drive for $1,300,000 will be sought beginning Monday. Money raised In the campaign, which will continue through Oct. 31, is sent to national headquarters in Netr Tork City whrre it is disbursed among 33 Negro colleges and universities which the fund supports. The local drive will be headed by Frank Gannett; Dr. Edwin McNeil Poteat, head of Colgate-Rochester Divinity School, tind the Rev.
