Walker, Barbara Curtis 80. died of natural causes on June 14. 1995 at her home in Buffalo. Mrs. Walker was born in Rochester NY and had lived in the Buffalo area since 1943.

She was an active member of Trinity Episcopal Church, the Park School PTA, The Garret Club, the Twentieth Century Club and a former board member of The Bristol Home. Divorced from Charles W. NY 14424. AVON: Loretta H. Finity, 98, of Long Lake, NY, died Friday, June 16, 1995. Born on April 6, 1897, she was the daughter of John 4 Mary (Ryan) Finity of Avon NY. She graduated from the Rochester General Hospital School of Nursing in 1920 and after 45 years of nursing, retired from Rochester General Hospital in 1965.

After retirement, she made her home with her niece, Jeanne (Clark) Pollard and her nephew, Robert Pollard of Long Lake. She Is survived by 4 generations of nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her 5 sisters and 2 brothers. A Funeral Mass of Christian Burial will be held Friday, June 23rd at 9 30 AM at St. Agnes Church, Avon, NY.

He was proudly among the U.S. Infantry regiment who liberated prisoners from the concentration camp at Dachau in 1945.

Dr. Giuffrida was a Professor of Modern Language at Corning Community College iior 30 years. Prior to that he was an Associate Professor at the University of Rochester. CCC, he wasn't viewed as simply a 'professor of languages, but rather a profes-i sor of life. Also known as he touched the lives of students, co-workers and i friends with positive words and wisdom.

Dr. Robert T. Giuffrida was a success in every 1 facet of life and as he always said, "You can't argue with He lived and died rwith great dignity and will be remembered 'by everyone who's lite he touched. Others may know Robert as a part-time 'Radio Talk Show Host for the WCBA and WCLI programs "That's the Way I See It" and "Open He was also a guest editorialist for the Corning Leader and an avid writer of letters to the Editor.
