Please omit flowers. Snowballers Pick Bad Sign to Bust Several reports of snowballing by boys received police attention last night, but they paid special attention to one. Shortly after 8:18 p. Mrs. Victor Dombroski reported that snowball throwing boys had broken a neon sign on a building at the southeast corner of Spring St.

and Washington St. S. The boys had gone when the police got there, but the police haven't dropped the matter. The building of the southeast corner of Spring St. and Washington St.

S. happens to be owned by the Locust Club, fraternal organization of the city's policemen. In fact, it is the Locust Club. Mrs. Dombroski is the wife of the manager, a former detective.

No, police won't drop that investigation. $11 Desk Clock Stolen From Office Building A desk clock valued at $11 was stolen and desks and cabinets were ransacked by a burglar who got into the office of the Vulcanized Fiber Company Powers National, Building sometime during the previous night, according to a report to police yesterday. C. Norman Wade, of 6 Meadow Brighton, the manager, said that either the door to the office had been left unlocked by cleaning crews or that a passkey had been used.
