Family visitation will be held at Mulhearn Funeral Home in West Monroe from 5:00 until 8:00 P.M. on Friday. Funeral services celebrating her life will be led by Dr. Woods Watson at 10:00 A.M., Saturday, October 31, 2015 in the chapel of Mulhearn Funeral Home in West Monroe, LA.

Entombment will be in Mulhearn Memorial Michael Paul Blackwell Michael Paul Blackwell Shreveport, LA- A Mass of Christian Burial celebrating the life of Michael Paul Blackwell, 66, will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Friday, October 30, 2015 in the sanctuary of St. Joseph Catholic Church. Officiating will be Father Michael Thang'wa. Interment will follow in Centuries Memorial Park.

Visitation will be held from 5-8 p.m. on Thursday, October 29, 2015 at Centuries Memorial Funeral Home. A vigil rosary service will be held from as well as the anti-anxiety medication Xanax in his system, Herbert said. Maj Ronnie Hebert, of the sheriff's office, said Jeremy Doiron, 30, of Pla-quemine, sold methadone to Nicholas LeBlanc, who was found dead in a vehicle in White Castle on Aug. 31.

Toxicology results showed that LeBlanc had toxic levels of methadone a prescription narcotic p.m. on Thursday. Mr. Blackwell was born on July 27, 1949 and passed away on October 26, 2015. Michael was a 1967 graduate of Fair Park High School.

After high school he joined the U.S. Navy where he served on the U.S.S. Washtenaw County during the Vietnam War. Following his military service Michael attended LSUS and Centenary College where he earned two Bachelor's Degrees in Business and Education. Mr.

Blackwell taught at Hauqhton Middle Park Mausoleum in Monroe. She loved animals, nature and excelled in gardening, handwork, tennis, golf, travel, fishing and the care and study of Bluebirds. As a member of the Louisiana State and National Bluebird Societies, she raised food and provided housing for them year-round for over 30 years. Jane was a member of the D.A.R. and was a member of the American Society of Clinical Pathologists since 1961.

As a member of the Louisiana Native Plant Society she often experimented in growing domestic floral plants and native species. Her main activity, however, was the loving care she provided her family and grandchildren. Jane and her twin sister were two of the first eight graduates from a new LSU program for medical technologists in 1961 She enjoyed working with sick people and made many friends over the years. Jane was predeceased by her father, Donald James Knox Polk and her mother, Mary Metcalf Polk, both originally from Illinois. Survivors: her husband of 54 years, Dr.

Wilbur Gerard (Jerry) Beauregard of West Monroe, LA; twin sister, Mary Jean Polk Doer-ler and husband, Charles E. of Lawton, OK; Daughters, Jane Ann Beauregard Braddockand her husband, James L. of West Monroe, Dr. Kathryn Elizabeth Beauregard Southerland and her husband, Kepner Dell Southerland of Bossier City, LA; two grandchildren, Keyton Jane Southerland and Kepner Dell Southerland, II of Bossier City, LA; niece, Mary Kathryn Doerler McKinzie and her husband, Shawn of Lawton, OK; great nephew and niece, Travis McKinzie and Sarah McKinzie both of Lawton, OK; and her special faithful canine friend, Amber. Pallbearers will be Robert M.

Parker, William A. Grammer, John D. Bundy, Don Whittington, A. J. Burns, Randolph Cage, Vernon Guy and Fred Frantom.

Michael was a member of the Krewe of Centaur where served on the golf committee and bal committee. He rode on the BoeufGras Float. In 2000, he served as the Duke of Frolic and has ridden in every parade since 1997.

Mr. Blackwell loved to attend Renaissance Festivals with Ruby and friends. He loved animals, was passionate about national parks, conservation and wildlife. He was a cat lover and took wonderful care of his two pet kitties and any strays that came to the porch. Michael had many fine qualities, but his devotion to family and friends will always be remembered as well as his quirky wit and ready laugh.

He will be greatly missed by all who worked with him, by all his Centaur friends and church friends. Most of all, he will be missed by his parents in law to whom he was truly their son and by his wife, Ruby for whom he was her heart. Mr. Blackwell was preceded in death by his parents, John E. Blackwell and Bernell Frances Bonnette and one brother, David Blackwell.

A private burial service will be held for the family and a memorial service will be held at St. Paul's Episcopal Church on Friday, October 30, 201 5 at 1 1 :00 a.m., with a reception and visitation to follow in the church parlor. She was an active member of the Shreveport Medical Auxiliary and was an avid bridge player. In her 95 years, she loved to spend her time dancing and traveling the world with her late husband, Dr. Bernard M. Kalstone. She truly lived her life to the fullest.

A devoted and loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, she was dearly loved and will be sorely missed. Mrs. Kalstone was preceded in death by her husband, Dr. Bernard M. Kalstone, her parents, Sam and Anna Fite Youree, her brother, Pete Youree, and her sister, Nina Jackson.

She is survived by her children, Sheri Childs Sewell and husband Bennett, Chris Kalstone and wife, Diane, and Leesa Kalstone Rosenzweig and husband, Michael. Also, by her grandchildren, Havard Yerger and wife, Lara; Brett Yerger and wife, Lorren of Atlanta, Georgia; Kellye Rosenzweig Grinton and husband, John of Baton Rouge; and Meredith Rosenzweig. She is, also, survived by her step-grandchildren, Amanda Fulco and husband, Darren; and Andy Nations and wife, Lindsay; and her great-grandchildren, Madison, Stafford and Tripp Yerger; Pratt Yerger of Atlanta, Georgia; and Mackenzie Wilson. Crenshaw was born Sep tembers, 1918 in Shreveport, LA where he attended Byrd High School. He worked 3712 years as a switchman for KCS Railroad before his retirement in 1979. A charter member of Southside Baptist church and member of Shreveport Community Church, he lived his life as a very devoted family man and Christian who loved his family, friends and church. In his younger years Lee was an amateur lightweight boxer who received a golden glove from none other than Jack Dempsey. He wasa member of the Good Sam RV Club and enjoyed many years touring the country with his wife Frances, and in-laws, the Fords and the Stricklands.

More recently his interests turned to two of his passions; his devotion to the Yankees, and visiting his friends in the various nursing homes. Lee was preceded in death by his loving wife of 58 years, Frances Crenshaw; parents, Bud and Nellie Crenshaw; brothers, Baker Crenshaw, C.H. Crenshaw and Bobby Crenshaw; and sister, Kate McCary; He is survived by his daughters Paula Crenshaw Brown and husband Ronny and Lisa Crenshaw Langley and husband Marvin; grandchildren Paul Brown and wife Pam, Stephen Brown and wife Wendy, Emily Walthall and husband Scott, and Shelley Brownlee and husband Cory; great-grandchildren, Kyle Brown, Ryan Brown, Perry Brown, Jake Brown, Lauren Brown, Matt Webb, Pearce Walthall, Evelyn Walthall, Avery Walthall, Parker Brownlee and Owen Brownlee; brothers, Billy Earl Crenshaw and wife Jean and Eddie Crenshaw; sisters, Polly Johnson and Betty Crenshaw.
