Foerster's parents are Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Foerster of Doth are 1971 Seguin High graduates. Miss Tramell is employed as Purchase Order Clerk at City Hall. She is the granddaughter of Mr.

George Tramell and Mrs. George Banks, both of Gainesville, Texas. Mr. Foerster is employed at Structural Metals, Inc. He is the grandson of Mrs.

Hdmond Foerster and Mrs. P. 11. Moore, both of McQueeney. The wedding is planned for Ian 1.

the parents of the bride. She also the granddaughter of Mrs. Louise Massey of this city. The groom is the son of and Mrs. Fred Davis and Mr.

i E. Dearth of California. Assisting as the maid of honor was Joy Hopking of California and the groom's best man was George Schutte. White bridal flowers graced, the altar vases and these were flanked by tapers in candelabra. Serving as the usher was Rlc- i hard Aldinger of Oakland, fornia, The bride chose to wear a lone formal dress fashioned of lace with long lace sleeves, ruffles edged the sleeves, the high neckline and the hemline.

Her veil fell to shoulder length. The bride carried a bouquet of multi-colored roses, gypsophelia and orchids. The maid of honor wore a multicolored floor length crepe dress. She wore a band of flowers in her hair and she carried a bouquet of daisies and gypso- phelia. Immediately following the ceremony a wedding reception was held at Hs Lorship Restaurant, Berkeley, California.

The Restuarant is near the ocean overlooking the Golden Gate Bridge. The bride is a graduate of North Texas State University where she was a cheerleader and a member of Zeta Tau Alpha Sorority. The groom is a graduate of the Golden Gate College. The couple left the reception for a wedding trip to MU Shasta and uponreturningwlllbeathomc in Oakland. California.

Clyde Mattfeld, also of this city. Following Jeffrey Hhca's tour of duty in Vietnam, the couple will make their home in San Antonio. Girl Scout course for leaders Mrs, Leroy Elsih, Girl Scout Neighborhood chairman for Seguin, attended a Public Relations Group Service Event Sept 21-22 at the Chariat Inn in Austin, Texas. The workshop was scheduled by Region National Branch Office for all Girl Scout Councils in the state of Texas. The focus was on Public Relations Services, plans of work, recruiting committee members, media services, job description for relationships representative, equipment agency coordinators, annual reports and council publications.

This workshop was conducted by a team from the National Branch Office in Kansas City with Miss Lonah Birch heading the by Mrs. Elinor Webster and Miss Nancy Nietz, National Equipment Service from St. Louis, Missouri. Mr. Ray Hall, Division Public Relations Supervisor for Southwestern Bell Telephone Company spoke on "Effective Internal Communications Program" and Assistant News Director Harry Sukol, with NBC affliate, KHFI- TV, spoke on "What is News- What is Newsworthy." followed by a questionandanswor session.

Afflerbach of this city. Mrs. wiuen was nominated by the organization on the basis of her achievements. The outstanding Young Women of American program, now in its seventh year, was conceived by the leaders of the nation's major women's organizations. The program recognizes young women between the ages of 21 and as lor their contributions to the betterment of their communities, professions and country.

Harry Boos, secretary-treasurer; and Monsignor Bruno Hubertus Spiritual Advisor. After the business meeting, attendance prizes were given to nine lucky members. Some 150 people were in attendance. Double Birthdays celebrated Long time friends, since lilgh school days, the Art Creagers and the Vic Myers of Lake McQueeney and San Antonio, honored their Granddaughters with a birthday party Sept. 18, at the Creager dome.

Creager took every one for Model rides. Later after the presents were opened the brave ones went "Honda" riding using Sanclle's new crash helmet. The guests were served the usual Ice cream and sodas but the cakes were very unusual.
