Montreal, Larocque. 8 2 Montreal Hartford 3 3 NY Rangers Philadelphia Poll Wire Service BOSTON Paul Reinhart and Willie Plett scored power-play goals 89 seconds apart early in the third period last night and the Calgary Flames extended Boston's winless streak to seven games in rallying for a 3-1 National Hockey League victory over the Bruins. Outshot 29-13 and trailing 1-0, the Flames came alive after an apparent Boston power-play goal by Stan Jonathan was disallowed at the outset of the final period. Referee Dave Newell ruled that Jonathan had high-sticked the puck into the goal. Calgary, which had only a 2-15-1 record here while playing in Atlanta, came to life after Boston's Barry Pederson was penalized for hooking at 4:27.

Kent Nillson faked a shot and passed over to Reinhart for the power-play goal at 4:57, trying the score 1-1. The Flames needed only nine seconds to go ahead after Terry O'Reilly was called for tripping at 6: 20. Plett took a pass from Guy Schoui-nard and scored his sixth goal of the season at 6:29. Calgary, dominating the play completely after its first score, added an insurance goal as Pekka Rautakallio scored on a pass from Eric Vail on a two-on-one break. Calgary goalie Pat Riggin had 33 saves to 16 for Boston's Rogie Vachon.

MONTREAL Guy Lafleur and Pierre Larouche each scored two goals to fuel a Canadiens' blitz of seven straight goals and Montreal overwhelmed the Hartford Whalers 8-2. It was just the third victory this season for the Canadiens, who hadn't won at home since Oct. 18. Hartford took a 2-1 lead after the first period on goals by Bernie Johnston and Blaine Stoughton. Stoughton ended his holdout Wednesday he had been declared a free agent by signing with the Whalers, for whom he scored 56 goals last season, tying him for the league lead.

Montreal then assumed command. Lafleur and Larouche scored 52 seconds apart in the second period and Doug Jarvis beat Whalers goalie John Garrett with 37 seconds left in the second period for a 4-2 Montreal edge. PHILADELPHIA Anders Hed-berg's goal at 13:56 of the third period gave the New York Rangers a 3-3 tie with the Philadelphia Flyers in an injury-filled game. The tie snapped a five-game Flyers' winning streak. The lackluster first period included only four shots on goal by both teams.

Early in the period, Bobby Clarke high-sticked Ranger i rookie Mike Allison, resulting in a major penalty. Allison was carried off on a stretcher with what was later described as a bruised neck and jaw. Philadelphia got the first goal when Brian Propp scored on a backhand after a scramble in front of the Rangers' net at 7:36 of the second period. The Rangers tied it on Ron Duguay's third goal of the season. 1 iniiii i rv i ill I fc tvMo 'w-Mr It it III lv ms: ))JJ United Press International Hartford goalie John Garrett stops a shot by Gaston Gingras TANK AAcNAAAARA IT ANTl-rAMILY 10 MAKEf1 THEY'RE TROUNCED WEEKS NBA AFTER WEEK, BUT CHARLIE 1 1 TURNAROUND AND RUN.
