Wm. Sanders was found guilty last term of the United States court for the illicit traflio of whuky in Monroe county. It was shown that Sanders bad do pecuniary interest in the sale of the whiekr. and that be bore a good reputation. Yesterday evening while several children were playing on a small flat car, which is used to move lumber from the Big Jim sawmill to the yard adjoining and which runs down a steep incline, one of the children, named Levy Jones, fell otf the forward part of the car and was run over.
