Frappier, a son, Robert Frappier, and a brother, George H. Dodds. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to Hospice of Palm Beach, 5300 East WPB FL 33407. CARL AUGUST PETERSON of Boynton Beach, Florida passed away on Sunday, Dec. 25, 1994. He was born in New Rochelle, New York where he resided most of his life before retiring to Boynton Beach in February 1973. Mr.

Peterson was an Interstate Commerce Commission Practitioner representing Neptune World Wide Movens as Manager of their Rates and Tariff Dept. prior rohis retirement. He was a life member of the Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks Lodge Delray Beach. He was also very active with the Social Committee of Clubhouse in Leisureville. He is survived by his wife, Marian Grace Phelps Peterson; and three daughters, Sandra PetersonHardt, Slingerlands, NY, Linda Peterson Wollowitz, Syracuse, NY and Carol Peterson Beech, Orchard Park, NY as well as several grandchildren and great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, friends may make a donation to the charity of their choice. A Memorial Service will be held 10:30 am Tuesday, Jan. 3, at Ascension Lutheran Church with the Rev. Conrad A. Braaten offielating.

She was preceded in death by her husband Frank in August of 4954. She resided in Lake Worth for 40 years and was affectionately known to all as She was a member of St.

Luke Catholic Church. at St. Age 76, of Palm Beach Gardens, passed away Wednesday evening December 28, 1994. Mr. Ramey was born June 20, 1918 in Logan, West Virginia, son of Henry Ramey and Rosa Clay. He has been resident of the Palm Beaches for about 45 years coming from Huntington, West Virginia.

A veteran of WWII serving with the U.S. Navy in the South Pacific. Mr. Ramey was a security officer at Pratt-Whitney Aircraft retiring in 1982. Preceded in death by his loving wife, Billie and adored granddaughter, Ryan Oglesby, three brothers and three sisters.

He leaves to cherish his memory his wife, Dorothy; daughter and son-in-law, Ricky and Harry Gray of Ft. Pierce; three brothers, Leon, Lewie, and Glen; and sister, Sabrie Truman in Ohio; his step-family, Vivian and John Hart, Chris, Susan and Tim and a host of nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held in Proctorville, Ohio conducted by the Hall Funeral Directors. Devoted wife of 67 years to the late Abraham Schneider, the former President and Chairman of Columbia Pictures Corporation. Ida was a longtime member of the Palm Beach Country Club and the Golf Club in New York. An accomplished painter, sculptor and needlepointer. Ida's greatest love was her family. She is lovingly remembered by Bert, Richard, Jennie, Scott, Todd, Jeffrey, Martha, Amy, Jonathan, Wendy, Leigh, Sara, Mark, Brett and Gabriela Schneider; Audrey, Jim, Jonathan, Noah and William Simon; Beth, Ariel, Mischa and Ezra Chobaz.

LUMBRA, SR. 80, of 5550 N. Ocean Singer Island, FL died Thursday, Dec. 29, 1994 at his home following an extended illness. Mr.

Lumbra had been a resident of the Palm Beach area since his retirement in 1961, coming here from Burlington, VT. He was a Life Member of the Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks, a Life Member of the 4th Degree Knights of Columbus and was active in Rotary for 40 years. In the 1970's Mr. Lumbra built one of the first luxury recreational vehicle campgrounds in the country. He is survived by his nine children, Sally and her husband Andrew Lord and their three children and six grandchildren; Carole and her husband John Barrett and their three children; Thomas G.

Lumbra Jr. and his wife Kathleen and their three children; Jane and her husband Daniel Coyne and their two children; Peg and her daughter, Kelli; Patricia and her husband Kevin Baumann and their three children; James R. Lumbra and his wife Susan and their four children; Kathryn and her husband Marty Conway and their three children; and Daniel W. Lumbra and his wife Nancy and their two children. She attended Howard University, Washington DC, and Bethune-Cookman College, Daytona Beach. Doretha was a member of Mt. Olive Baptist Church, Ft. Lauderdale; also a member of the National Alumni Association of Bethune-Cookman College, Broward County Chapter of Bethune-Cookman College Alumni Association and Eta Phi Beta Sorority.

She taught in the public schools of Brooklyn, New York for several years; presently employed by the School Board of Broward County for 20 years as a Classroom Teacher for the past 15 years at Lauderhill Middle School. Her warm heart and beautiful smile will always be remembered and cherished by her loving and caring husband, Carlos M. Suarez, a devoted daughter, Evangeline A. (Vangee) Suarez; mother-in-law, Mrs. Allease Suarez and father-in-law, Mr.

Carlos M. Suarez, one sister, Evangelist Louise S. Reid (Rev.S. Eugene Reid); three brothers, Ronald Vincent (Doris) Stevens, Howard B. (Doretha) Stevens, Rev.

LITTLETON S. VAUGHAN, JR. 68 years old of West Palm Beach, Florida died Friday, Dec. 30, 1994 at a local hospital following an extended illness. A native of West Palm Beach, Mr.

Vaughan was a life long resident and a graduate of Palm Beach High School Class of 1946. He was employed by the Palm Beach Post-Times for 30 years as a typesetter prior to his retirement in 1976. Mr. Vaughan was preceded in death by his father, Littleton S. Vaughan, Sr.

in Frebruary of 1976. Survivors include his mother, Edythe D. Vaughan, West Palm Beach; three aunts, Marguerite D. Wewend, Daytona Beach, Zula D. Metts and Lucile M.

passed away Tuesday, Dec. 27. 1994. He was born in Grandview, West Virginia and moved to this area in 1993 coming here from Okeechobee, Fl. Mr.

Armstrong served in the U.S. Army as a Sergeant with the 19th Field Artillery Battalion and was awarded the Bronze Star and the Purple Heart. Survivors include two daughters, Mary L. DeLucia of Lake Worth, and Jane E. Woodman of Flagstaff, AZ; one grandson, Devin DeLucia of Lake Worth; two brothers, Tommy Armstrong of Michigan and Richard Armstrong of Florida; one sister, Evelyn Pitzer of WV.
