Aug. 18, 1975 at A son of Frank and Margaret Turner Sweeney, he was born Jan. 31, 1905 at Cambuslang, Scotland. Mr. Sweeney was retired and was previously employed by both the Coal Company and PennDOT.

He was a lifelong area restdent. Surviving are two sisters: Mrs. Raymond (Mary) Mock, Akron, Ohio; Mrs. Duryel (Marion) Desbonnets, Indiana. He was preceded in death by his parents, two sisters: Mrs.

Janet McCormick, Mrs. Helen Taylor; and a brother, Robert Sweeney. Friends are being received from 24 and 7-9 p.m. today at the Bowser Funeral Home, Homer City, where services will be held Thursday at 3:30 p.m. with the Rev.

Raymond Piper officiating. Interment will be in Greenwood Cemetery, Indiana. MRS. MARY YHNASKO KOCHES, 62, of Mentor, Ohio. formerly of Clymer, died Tuesday, Aug.

MRS. JENNY GOURLEY CLAWSON, 78, of Avonmore RD 1, died Aug. 18, 1975 at A daughter of Lee A. and Jane Cochran Gourley, she was born Feb. 21, 1897 in Indiana County.

Mrs. Clawson was a member of the Hebron Lutheran Church in Avonmore, and the Bell-Avon Women's Club. Surviving are a son, Lewis G. Clawson, Avonmore RD two daughters: Mrs. John (Helen) Graber, Philadelphia, with whom she resided for the past three years; Mrs.

Harold (Nancy) Magness, Vandergrift; four grandchildren; four greatgrandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Albert Homer Clawson on June 29, 1971. Friends will be received after 7 p.m. today at the Yockey Funeral Home, 512 Indiana Avonmore, where services will be held Friday, Aug. 22 at 1 p.m.

MARION REID LOCKARD, 62, of Homer City, died Monday, August 18, 1975 at her late residence. Friends are being received from 24 and 7-9 p.m. today at the Bowser Funeral Home, Homer City, where services will be held Thursday at p.m. with the Rev. Chris Petrak officiating.

Interment will' follow in the Garden of Devotions, Greenwood Cemetery, Indiana. DONALD B. CLAWSON, 53, of Arlington, formerly of Clymer, died Tuesday, Aug. 19, 1975 at the Veterans Hospital, in Oakland, Pittsburgh. Funeral arrangements are incomplete and will be announced in tomorrow's Gazette by Bence Funeral Home, Clymer.

Princeton's football team plays the same nine teams the Tigers met in 1974. ELLA RUTH WOLFORD MOUNTAN, 82, of Saltaburg, died Tuesday, Aug. 19, 1975 at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Paul Elwood. A daughter of Labana and Elizabeth Wolford, she was born March 27, 1893 at Milligantown.

Mrs. Mountan made her horne with her daughter, Edith, for the past ten years. She had been employed by St. Barnabus Nursing Home in Gibsonia as a practical nurse prior to her retirement in 1958. She was a member of Union United Presbyterian Church, Murrysville; North Washington Grange: and Order of the Eastern Star.

Surviving are a son, Andrew Wray Mountan, Sardis; three daughters: Mrs. Harry (Ruth) Troup, Canton, Ohio; Mrs. Russell (Gladys) Thompson, Murrsyville; Mrs. Paul (Edith) Elwood, Saltsburg; a sister, Mrs. Harry (Belle) Garrett, West Middlesex; twelve grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Jedson in Friends will be received from 7-9 p.m. today and 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Thursday at the Joseph R. Hunter Funeral Home. Saltsburg, where services will be held Friday, Aug.

(AP) Preliminary tests show a muscle-relaxing drug may have been responsible for seven recent deaths at the Veterans Administration Hospital here, officials said.
