TRAIL (HDIUB-IIII FORT PIERCE - The U.S. Supreme Court has refused to review the conviction of one of the three Outlaw Motorcycle Club members found guilty in 1966 in the slaying of an 11-year-old Pompano Beach girl. It is the case of Hubert Ray Stidham of Fort Lauderdale, given a 20-year prison term for his alleged part in the killing of Catalina Flores. The killing of the child, during a revenge raid on a Puerto Rican labor camp, resulted in James Dale Purkhiser being sentenced on a charge of second degree murder: John (Chicol Henry of Fort Lauderdale receiving a 10-year sentence: and John (Rookie) Luke of West Palm Beach receiving five years in prison. Another six persons were convicted in Orlando, and received sentences up to 15 months in jail, on a charge of conspiracy to commit aggravated assault.
