ELIZABETH ANNE CROOK COCOA BEACH - Mrs. Elizabeth Anne Crook, 36. of Cocoa Beach died Monday at her home. Survivors include her husband, the Rev. James R. Crook Jr.. pastor of the first United Methodist Church of Cocoa Beach, a former pastor of Wagg Memorial Methodist Church of West Palm Beach; two sons, Stephen and David, and two daughters, Julia and Elizabeth, all of Cocoa Beach; the parents, Mr. and Mrs. D. W. Lyon, and a brother, David, all of Atlanta, Ga.
