The Board of County Commissioners hereby declares and accepts said DAYTON ROAD IN FLORIDA GARDENS BLOCK 29, PALM BEACH FARMS COMPANY PLAT 3 as a County Road. Section 3. The Board of County Commissioners hereby resolves and determines that it Is necessary to make a certain public improvement, to-wit: To pave, with proper drainage, said DAYTON ROAD IN FLORIDA GARDENS BLOCK 29. PALM BEACH FARMS COMPANY PLAT 3 in accordance with plans, specifications and estimates of cost now on file in the office of theCounty Engineer. Section 4. The expenses of said improvement shall be paid by special assessment on a front footage basis against privately owned property abutting upon the improvement and the entire amount of the cost shall be paid by the abutting owners. The County will advance the Initial cost from its budget item for such improvement, which county fund will be reimbursed as assessments are paid by the abutting owners. Section 5. The estimated contract cost of the proposed improvement is $35.608 .64 and the estimated administrative cost Is $5,072.00 making the estimated total cost of $40,680.64.
