Voice of the Voter to host live debate DAVID RILEY @RILZD Two Rochester men w ere apprehended after alleged sex crimes against two children on Friday. According to Rochester police, Andre Lomax, 50, and Keith Wilcox, 59, were charged with two counts of third-degree c riminal sexual act and t wo counts of first-deg ree criminal sex act a gainst two victims, both under the age of 16. Lomax and Wilcox allegedly committed the crimes at their residence between 2012-2015. They are scheduled to be arraigned at 9:30 a.m. o n Saturday in Rochester City Court.
