Kenneth Randall, a Miami lawyer, has initiated the project, which will be primarily for retirees, and said at least 75 units are planned on 8U lots measuring 80 b lot' feet. About 5,000 feet of roadway plus water and sewage facilities would be included in the first phase, he said. Cost of the project has not been officially estimated. JUPITER Authorities of Jupiter River Estates are hopeful that construction of one or two models in their proposed 24 acre duplex development may begin next week and are awaiting approval from the County Health Department.
