25-foot birdie putt for a 3-under 6 9, and then making the most out of a second chance in a playoff to beat Kevin Na. G rillo had a 3-foot birdie putt on No. 18 on the first playoff hole when he pulled it to the left. T he next mistake be- l onged to Na, who made a6-foot birdie putt on the last hole in regulation for a 70 to force extra holes. From the 18th fair- w ay on the second play- o ff hole, Na hooked his driver behind a tree and made bogey. Grillo played a bold shot to just inside 10 feet. L amger rallies for Champions victory: Bernhard Langer rallied to win the San Antonio C hampionship on Sunday for his second victory of the year and 25th overall on the Champions Tour. T hompson wins LPGA Tour event in South Korea: Lexi Thompson broke out of a crowded p ack Sunday to win the LPGA KEB Hana Bank Championship for her second victory of the year and sixth overall. The 20-year-old Ameri- c an closed with a 3-under 69 to beat Taiwan’s Yani Tseng and South Korea’s Sung Hyun Park by a stroke. Thompson finished at 15-under 273 on S ky 72’s Ocean Course. Park shot a 71, and T seng had a 68. Lydia Ko missed a chance to take the top spot in the world from Inbee P ark, finishing with a 72 that dropped her into a tie for fourth at 13 under with Amy Yang and Gerina Piller. K uchar wins Fiji International: American Matt Kuchar shot his second straight 3-under 69 for a f our-stroke victory Sunday in the Fiji International. The seven-time PGA Tour winner finished at 4- under 284 at Natadolo Bay i n the event sanctioned by the OneAsia and Australasian tours. His father, Peter, served as his caddie. Coming off the United States’ Presidents Cup v ictory last week in South Korea, Kuchar had five b irdies and one bogey in the final round. He opened with rounds of 74 and 72 in high wind, and t ook a two-stroke lead into the final round. Sullivan wins Portugal Masters: Andy Sullivan of England easily won t he Portugal Masters on S unday after extending his lead to finish nine strokes ahead. Sullivan had a five- stroke lead as he entered t he final round at the Ocea nico Victoria course, which started late due to heavy overnight rain. He increased that margin by hitting five birdies for a f lawless 5-under 66 to fin- i sh with a total of 23-under 261.
