Tom Kefalas, a motion picture executive, had a little do for actor Theo Roubanis and his wife, the former Lady Sarah Spencer-Churchill. Theo has released his picture "Imped-ale," a Byzantine classic, in Greece. It has been described as sex all the way and a mile wide, if you like that sort of thing. (Reportedly, they loved It in Greece.) Sarah and Theo produced the flic themselves and Theo's the star. Even if it's definitely not a family yard that sets Turtle Bay residents so apart from the rest of E. 48th and E. 49th St. Actually, Chuck and Amy's union, they like to say, was more of an amalgamation. Chuck's credentials are top-drawer, and Amy has a casual, captivating California manner and an uncomplicated friendly approach. It never hurts.
