Two fifth-chukker goals by Charlie Bostwick gave San Antonio a 10-6 lead, but C-Spear scored three goals in the final two minutes of the sixth chukker. "They came on strong," said Tommy Biddle, who scored five goals for San Antonio. "We knew they were a tough team and wouldn't quit. We might have got a little relaxed at the end, but we tough to cover all four of us." Goals by Estrada, Jaime Garcia and Ruben Gracida cut the final margin to 10-9.
