II Palm Beach Post, Friday, Nov. 8, 1968 Couple United QUILTING BEE Busy (left) at this old-fashioned quilting bee are (from left) Mrs. Edna Clark, Mrs. Leo Scott, and Mrs. Hector MacXeil, who are preparing the quilt for the First Christian Church bazaar to be held Nov. 21-23. Miss Janet Elaine UUman became the bride of Charles Kdward Dover in an 8 p.m. candlelight ceremony Thursday, Nov. 7, at the Aloha Wedding Chapel in Lake Worth. Albert S. Dewalt officiated. The bride is the daughter of Mrs. Clara I'Uman of 45X0 Collier Road. Lake Worth. Mr. Dover is the son of Mr. and Mrs. l ias Jay Dover of Route :i, Box 232 A, Lake Worth. Mrs. Dover chose for her wedding a floor-length gown of while taffeta featuring an A-line skirt and bell sleeves. The high, round collar was embellished with seed pearls and the hemline was appliqued with re-embroidered lace. The long chapel train was held by a Dior bow at her waist. Her veil of illusion fell from a crown of pearls and lace. Miss Sherry Sheotes, cousin of the bride, of West Palm Beach, was maid of honor. She wore a taffeta gown featuring an A line skirt and short sleeves trimmed in lace. She wore a crown of matching lace. Jack Spragle of West Palm Beach served the groom as best man. A reception followed the cer emony at the chapel.
