Mr. Proch was born July 10, 1906 In Ford City, Pennsylvania, son of the late Michael Proch and Catherine Shostak. He had been a resident of the Palm Beaches since 1957 coming from Detroit, Michigan where he was a police officer with the City of Detroit. Since coming to the Palm Beaches, Mr. Proch was head of maintenance at Pratt-Whitney Aircraft retiring in 1964. He was a former member of the Elks Lodge of North Palm Beach. He was an active communicant at St. Patrick's Catholic Church and St. Clare's Catholic Church.
