He had been a resident of the Palm Beaches for the past 26 years coming from East Palestine, Ohio. Mr. Morris was a graduate of Baldwin-Wallace College in Berea, Ohio receiving his B.A. degree in Business Administration. He was a veteran of World War n serving with the U.S. Marine Corp Second Division. He was a professional football player for two years with the Cleveland Rams (Cleveland Browns) 1941-1942. Mr. Morris owned and operated Morris Golden Dawn Foods in East Palestine, a family business which was founded by his late father Adam Morris at the turn of the century. His late brothers Robert asnd Paul Morris were also partners in the business that was continued by his son Thomas Morris until closing in 1982. He was a member of the East Palestine United Methodist Church and the V.F.W. Post of East Palestine. Mr. Morris leaves to cherish his loving memory his beloved wife of 58 years Esther J. Wilhelm Morris, his devoted children George W.
