When internal temperature reaches 150 degrees, remove ham from rotisserie and allow to rest for 10 minutes for easier slicing. Do take advantage of the already-hot grill and the 10 minutes respite to barbeque an appropriate adjunct to your ham: pineapple or apple slices, for instance, brushed first with melted butter, and grilled over a medium heat. GLORIOUS GLAZING There's scarcely a limit to the variety of glazes you can devise to glorify your holiday ham.
