The commission also gave temporary approval to a 20 per cent rate increase for Air Florida and special cut-rate fares for evening and weekend flights. The rule on termination of natural gas was not opposed by the gas companies. A similar proposal applying to electric utilities has drawn opposition, however, and the commission will hold hearings on it later. An air, sea and land search for the youths - Lane Yonge, 17, of Orange Park; Bobby Yonge, 16, of Winter Park; Phillip Pouschey, 16, of Mait-land, and Peter Sullivan, 16, of Winter Park, was begun shortly after the Yonge brothers' father, Phillip Yonge, of Orange ' Park, swam ashore and notified authorities. The boat was found Sunday afternoon. The other articles belonging to the youths were discovered floating in shallow water at Mosquito Lagoon, according to the Coast Guard. Yonge said he swam about a mile west from the point of the accident and reached the mainland after one of his sons, it was not known which one, swam for help but disappeared shortly afterward.
