Wallace, who sought the White House as an independent in 1968 and ran In the Democratic primaries In 1972. is expected to seek the Democratic presidential nomination next year. Asked Friday if. in fact, he has not already made a decision to seek the presidency in 1976. Wallace replied, "You can say that.

As Of now I Intend to run." Up until now, the governor has only hinted that he would be in the race, although he has been putting together a national campaign organization. Charles S. Snider, who is directing Wallace's national campaign, said that the governor's official announcement will probably come "the first two weeks in June." Although Wallace has declined to say if he will be a third party or a Democratic candidate. Snider said that Wallace has told friends that he will seek the Democratic presidential nomination. Wallace.

55 and partially paralyzed, recently led a splintered field of Democrats in a Gallup survey of the party's presidential prospects. The likelihood of Wallace running has been strong ever since he won a third term as Alabama's governor by an overwhelming margin last November. The governor was felled by a would-be assassin's bullets on May 15. 1972. the day before the Maryland primary.

The shooting left him paralyzed in the lees, but he says his health now is good and that he would physically be able to stand all the demands of campaigning. "Inside Out" Choir To Sing Tomorrow the First Baptist Church, Indiana, will host "Inside Out," a choir made up of Christian students from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, during the morning worship. The choir Is sponsored through the United Ministry at Indiana University of Pennsylvania and is directed by Debra Robinson. Accompanists are David Boyd. Tracy McGarry and Steve Peters.

Several anthems and other selected numbers will be sung by the choir during the time of worship. Some of the selections to be sung include "Sing Praise to God." "Quiet Time." "If My People Will Pray" and "How the People Going to Know." The worship celebration will be broadcast at 10:30 a.m. over radio station W.D.A.D. Ted Armstrong To Appear PITTSBURGH Radio-television commentator Garner Ted Armstrong will speak at 7:30 p.m. on May 2 and 3 at the Syria Mosque.

He will focus on the causes and solutions of today's world problems and sociopolitical trends that he says. pose a threat to mankind's survival." Mr. Armstrong's appearance here is part of an international speaking tour sponsored by the Worldwide Church of God headquartered in Pasadena. Calif. Mr.

CLYMER "No Hiding Place," the latest album by the Watchmen of Clymer, has been selected as the number nine Pick Hit album by the latest edition of "The Music City Entertainer." a Nashville based music trade paper. In the same Issue of the paper. "Ready or Not, Here He Comes," a song written by Ken and Tlnk Abraham of the Watchmen, placed number 19 on the paper's "Country Comers" listing.

Clark Ostermeyer, representative of "The Music City Entertainer," commented, "We have been receiving nothing but positive response from several of our men off the road and D.J.'s alike from the Watchmen L.P. "No Hiding Place" and the single "Ready or Not, Here He Comes." Said John Abraham, manager of the Watchmen. "We are very happy to have 'No Hiding Place' listed in the top ten by "The Music City Entertainer." After all. the Watchmen is primarily a gospel group and to receive this recognition from a secular publication is quite an honor. We were especially surprised to hear that 'Ready or Not.

Here He is doing so well on the country music charts. Country music is very popular nowadays and to have a song reach even the number 19 spot is quite an achievement for the Watchmen." Minister Publishes Book BROOKVILLE "Divorce and Re-marriage" is the title of a new book written by Pastor Vernon Boyer. minister of the First Assembly of God Church. Brookville. The minister states that the book was born out of a concern for the trade increase in the number of broken homes in America.

Mr. Boyer points out that leading marriage counselors projecting national statistics for the next five years say that by 1980 one-half of the marriages in America will end in divorce. "Divorce and Re-marriage" is the result of 23 years of pastoral ministry and counseling and study and research. The book approaches the subject with compassion, understanding and a soundly New Testament exegesis. Believing that the religious world as a whole is partially to blame for causing confusion over the issue, the Brookville pastor states that the book uses approaches seldom presented before.

Friday evening's services will begin at 7:30 p.m. and speakers will be Mrs. Barb Garlington. Neil Baxter and Heidi Fisher. In addition to the featured vocal groups there will be music by the Trombones IV.

At 4 p.m. Saturday. May 3 a Gospel Rock Concert for youth will be played at the College Lodge. Witnessing will be Randy Allen. Heidi Fisher and Terry Thomas.

Speakers for Saturday eve some step to recognize the problem of World Hunger and to involve themselves in some kind of concern for their brothers and sisters. The community and the university students are to be congratulated and encouraged to continue to take the humanitarian and political steps to bring this problem under control." Members of the community not contacted to be sponsors may become part of this humanitarian project by mailing their check payable to the IUP Fund for Hunger to either of the above addresses. All funds collected will be distributed to Bread for the World, an ecumenical Christian citizens group; the Mennonite Central Committee, distributor for food and clothing around the world: CROP, a Protestant relief and service agency: Catholic Relief Services, the overseas disaster relief and development of the American Catholic Church and My Friend's House, an orphanage in Saigon, South Vietnam directed by American citizens caring for abandoned children who are victims of war. IUP student Kathy White, public relations chairman for the 30-Hour Fast announced the goal for the 1976 fast as $10,000 and added that the date for next year's fast will be April 30. 1976.

At the Thursday night meeting of the IUP Committee for World Hunger, Committee President. Santo Collura announced. "A success beyond my wildest dreams!" The jubilant IUP freshman had reason to rejoice as the preliminary report was made on the highly successful 1975 30-Hour Fast. The committee's goal of $5,000 for this the second year of the appeal for the starving of the world was greatly surpassed with pledges totalling $8,109.68 tabulated from the nearly 500 fasters. More than $2,500 has already been collected and the fasters are reminded that as they redeem the pledges from their sponsors they are to deliver the proceeds to the Newman Center office.

Bishop Ken, a boy, was raised by Isaac Walton. He wrote this hymn for the use of students in Winchester Col. lege. It had 14 verses. Bishop Ken sang this hymn every morning upon waking, playing the' accompaniment with his lute.

Youth Choir To Tour Area SHELOCTA Church of the Brethren Youth Choir composed of senior high school and college Church of the Brethren members from all over Western Pennsylvania will be appearing for a concert at 8 p.m. Sunday, May 4. in the Plum Creek Church of the Brethren, Shelocta. Director for the choir is Luana Hiteshew.

Chichester Psalms was written in 1965 for the annual choral festival in Britain which combines the choirs of the three great cathedrals of Chichester, Salisbury and Winchester. The Chorale will be accompanied by Curt Scheib, organ: Nancy Hantzeiman and Patricia Mehler, piano and Jack Stamp, percussion.
