Preservation Clinic Slated There are a number of food preservation clinics scheduled throughout the county, which are being offered by the Indiana County Extension Service.

Pat Leach, Extension Home Economist, will be conducting one of these workshops at the Commodore Community Center on July 9 from 9:30 a.m. till 12 noon. A variety of things will be discussed at these sessions, from pressure canning to botulism. You will want to be sure and come to learn all of the up-to-date canning information. If you are unable to attend this workshop, keep checking the paper for future clinics scheduled throughout the county.
