Wen-ger of Harrison township, was filed for probate in the circuit court Tuesday. He leaves the household furniture to his wife, and provided that all of the other property is sold, his wife is to receive one-third and the remainder is to be divided among the children, except that the shares of Mary Ressler and Anna Ressler are to be held by a trustee. The will was made April 10, 1929. The Hi-Y boys and Indian Maidens had a joint meeting at the high school on Tuesday night. About twenty-five were present.
