Frank Henry Eberling, Sr. died ol cardiac arrest In Jupiter, Florida, on Wednesday morning. Born and raised in New City, New York, he was 84. He is survived by his daughter, Bonnie Dilts of Watkins Glen, New York; sons, Frank Eberling, Jr. of Jupiter; and Raymond Eberling, of St.

Petersburg Beach; six grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. His wife, the former Lydla Summers of Spring Valley, passed away in 1997. Frank Eberling graduated sum ma cum laud from New York University in 1937 and served In the United States Navy for four years during WWII as a radar instructor in Corpus Texas. He worked as an accountant for Lederle Laboratories In Pearl River, New York before moving to Florida In 1964, where he served as an accountant for Pratt A Whitney and Rybovitch Marine in West Palm Beach, before retiring. A memorial service Is planned for next spring in New York City.

She was a skilled crafts devotee, and loved fishing. She was a parishioner of Saint Matthew Church In Lake Worth and active in supporting the activities of the Clem Hammerschmitt, Sr.

Council 11669 of the Knights of Columbus, of which her husband is currently the Grand Knight. She Is also survived by daughters Lori Harger and Jenny Lynn Hackett of Freedom Katherine Hackett Vermillion of Glen Gardner, N.J. and son Gary Harger of Boynton Beach. Fl. He served as a "Sea-Bee" in the Navy and was employed with Kraft Food Company for thirty years as a supervisor of Institutional Sales. She was the daughter of Ruth Bond and LaRue Massey Williams. A graduate of Miami High School and a professional school in Atlanta, Mrs.

Hall was a businesswoman who most recently owned Hall's Hairstylists in Lake Worth. She was married first to George Weldon and was the widow of Jesse Clyde Hall Sr. A Daughter, Shirley Schneeberger, died in 1986 and a son, Jesse Clyde Hall Jr. (Butch) in August 2000. Survivors include her son Edward Weldon of Atlanta and Calhoun, GA; a granddaughter, Patricia Hall of Hamburg, N.Y.; three grandsons, Will Schneeberger ol Biscayne Park, FL, Richard Lawrence Weldon of Seminole, FL and Edward Samuel Weldon of Atlanta; a great-grandson, Samuel Lawrence Weldon of Seminole; son-in-law Douglas Schneeberger of Biscayne Park: daughters-in-law Cathy Hall of Hamburg and Jane Powers Weldon of Atlanta and Calhoun and several nieces and nephews, including Connie Diane Williams of Jupiter Farms, FL.

BETTY MIKKELSON HASSAN Betty Mlkkelson Hassan, a resident of Palm Beach, Florida for many years, died on Monday, November 27, 2000 at the JFK Medical Center, Atlantis, Florida. Born In Milwaukee, Wisconsin, she was the daughter of the late Frederick A. and Ethel M. Mlkkelson. Mrs.

Hassan was a graduate of Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida; and a member of the Royal Poinclana Chapel, Palm Beach, Fl; the Everglades Club, the Bath and Tennis Club, and the English Speaking Union all of Palm Beach, Fl. She was as a devoted board member of the American Heart Association, the Boys and Girls Club, and the Milwaukee Florentine Opera; and served as the Chairman of various charity events including the American Heart Ball 1989, Planned Parenthood 1989, Boys and Girls Club Ball 1996, and the Bascom Palmer Eye Institute Luncheon 1997. Mrs. Hassan was preceded In death by her husband, Charles Raymond Hassan, who died in 1995. She is survived by two sons, Paul F.

Martin of Portland, Oregon, and James R. Martin, of Martinez, California. Additional survivors include her brother, Jack Mikkelson; and two grandchildren, Ted Martin and Courtney Martin. Bom in Reykjavik, Iceland and a resident of Boston, Massachusetts for 25 years, Ms Helgason was educated at Northeastern University in Boston where she received a BS, RN in Biology, Cum Laude. As the charge nurse for Brigham Women's oncololgical gynecology service for over ten years, she taught junior Harvard School nurses how to care for cancer patients, consistently receiving "Best Teaching Cancer Nurse" award. A resident of Palm Beach County since 1990, she introduced the specialty of gynecological oncology nursing in Palm Beach County, receiving praise from Nobel Prize winners and candidates, in her field. Ms Helgason is survived by her loving companion Dr. S.

Jason Kapnick and their daughter Sesse Edda; her parents Marilyn and Haildor Helgason of Jupiter; and five siblings: Katrin Helgason of Vermont, Rik Helgason (Maria) of Jupiter, Steina Morley (David) of Arizona, Jon Helgason (Tegwen). of Massachusetts, and Asta Helgason of New Hampshire: her uncles, aunts, cousins and friends. SUSAN BALL HERTZBERGER Mrs. Susan Ball Hertzberger, 87, formerly of 781 Ilene Rd. Eeast, died Monday, Nov. 27, 2000 at the home of her daughter in Winston-Salem, NC, after a valiant 9 month battle with cancer. She was born in Oeala, FL, July 18, 1933 to the late Clarence Peery Ball, D.O.

and the late Irene Davies Ball (Steinhofer). A 1954 graduate of Florida State University, Susan shone as Head Majorette for the Marching Chiefs and in the modern dance program. A retiree of Allstate Insurance, a lover of the arts, an accompished middle-eastern dance performer and snake charmer, a friend to all stray animals and avid gardener, Susan's unique and creative approach to life and sense of humor will be missed by many, including: her step-. father, Carl Steinhofer, of Mt. Dora, FL; daughter, Allison Brandy; son-in-law, David Scruggs; grand- daughters, Gillian and Haley Scruggs of the home, and Erin Brandy of Ellijay GA.

Mcdonald Age 71, of Lake Park, Florida since 1955, died Tuesday, November 28, 2000 after a brief illness In 4 Lakes, FL. Born in Brunswick County, (NC, son of the late John Joseph and Lillie (Bogeman) he grew up and was educated at Oxford Masonic Orphanage in Oxford, NC (now the Masonic Home for Children). Gaddts was a graduate of John 1 Nichols High School on the campus of the Masonic Home for Children and Flora McDonald College, majoring in music. He was a US Army veteran, serving during the Korean Conflict. After coming to Florida, Gaddis served as an organist at North wood Baptist Church and later at the First Baptist Church of Lake Park where he was an active member for many years.

Gaddis leaves no immediate family other than his church family. Visitation will be held at 10-11 AM Saturday, December 2 at the First Baptist Church of Lake Park, 625 Park Avenue, Lake Park, where services will be held at AM conducted by the Rev. Bruce Hodge, Rev. Jack DeLaney and Rev. Dan Benham.
