Victor Lombardo died from complications due to asthma at Boca Raton Community Hospital. He was 82. Mr.

Lombardo was a vouneer broth er of Guy Lorn- Lombardo bardo, whose orchestra gained fame by ringing in the New Year with Auld Lang Syne. Guy Lombardo died in 1977. He had four brothers, three of them musicians who played in his orchestra, including Victor. Joseph a brother not part of the band, lives in Delray Beach. "It shakes people because Victor was the last one," said his widow, Kathryn "Kack" Lombardo.

Lombardo and his brother, Mr. Lombardo is survived by two sons, Guy Victor Lombardo and David Carmen Lombardo of Long Island, N.Y.; a step-daughter, Ruselyn Champi of Morristown, N.J.; two sisters, Elaine Gardner of New York state and Rose Marie Rogers of White-house, Ohio; 11 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
