Page 3 Pick Jennings Girls'State Delegates JENNINGS, La. (SpU n- nings delegates have been named to the 1934 American Legioa auxiliary sponsored Pelican Girls' State to be held August 1C-19 at Louisiana State university. Miss Doris Hebert, president of the auxiliary, identified the delegates as Vida Lo Lavergoe, sponsored by the local Kiwanis club with Neva Rae Ringuet as alternate; Barbara Lorraine Richert, the Lions delegate, with Patsy LeBeouf as alternate; and Linda Hudson, Rotary's delegate, with Janet Mitchell the alternate. In addition, there will be one delegate each named from Hathaway and Roanoke. Each delegate is selected by the faculty with the approval of the junior class of which they are members.
