Records of estates include those of feeble-minded and insane persons, as well as of persons who have died. All of these may be closed at the expiration of a year from the time they are entered instead of two years, as formerly was required by law. Mr. Riegle can put his hand on these records, as well as those of all filed in this office, at a moment's notice. They are in absolutely perfect order.

During his term Judge Eiegle has 472 marriage licenses, and 577 were issued in the. preceding term, but by the time his term completed, it is probable the number be 'increased. Of the licenses issued, about cne-tbird of the marriage ceremonies have been performed in the probate judge's office. Wilford Riegie was married to Miss Keith M. Roberts, of Nevada, June 3. 1923. She had been a student at Teachers College. Emporia.

Their children are Ardis Jean and Wilford. jr. The Riegies live at 714 union, and are members of the Lutheran church. Judge Riegle is a member of the Masonic bodies, cf the American Legion, the Lions and Outlook clubs.
