By VAL ELLICOTT Palm Beach Post Staff Writer Allan V. Everard, former Riviera Beach city attorney and a former municipal judge in five Palm Beach County cities and towns, died Saturday after a brief illness. He was 67. Between 1964 and 1967, Mr. Everard was an assistant county attorney, an assistant public defender for the county and West Palm Beach city attorney.

Mr. Everard worked as city attorney in Riviera Beach from 1967 to 1987. Mr. Everard also served on the Village Council in North Palm Beach from 1965 to 1970 and held the post of municipal judge in South Bay, Juno Beach, Palm Springs, Tequesta and Riviera Beach. At the time of his death, Mr.

Everard represented the towns of NO. 428605 Palm Beach Shores and South Bay. Mr. Everard served with the: Air Force during World War II. He was a member of the Palm Beach County Republican Executive Committee.

He is survived by his wife, Laude Everard of Palm Beach Shores; three daughters, Alice Everard, Anita Everard and Amy Everard, all of New Orleans; a son, Allan Everard and a brother, Walter Everard of Bowie, Md. A Funeral Mass will be at 1 0 a.m. Tuesday at St. Ann's Catholic Church in West Palm Beach. Interment with full military honors will be held Thursday at Arlington Ha-tional Cemetery in Arlington, Va.

Starace, Wanda Claire, 60, of CLASSIFIED PAT H. "HUNT" BRELAND, SR. Mr. Breland, age 89, of Delray Beach, died Thursday, November 7, 1991 at Bethesda Memorial Hospital, Boynton Beach. He had been a resident here since 1938 coming from State Line, Mississippi.

Mr. Breland was a member of First Baptist Church of Delray Beach and Masonic Lodge 171. He is survived by his wife, Irma Breland, Delray Beach; two sons, Pat H. Breland, Delray Beach, and Donald Breland of Texas; one daughter, Judy Inman, Delray Beach; 10 grandchildren; and 13 great grandchildren. Funeral Services will be held 10:00 A.M.

Prepaid Funeral Trusts. 844-4311 CHARLES GLIESMAN Mr. Gliesman, 70 years old, of West Palm Beach, died Friday, November 8, 1991, after an extended illness. A veteran of WWII, Mr. Gliesman served in the Marine Corps and saw action in the Pacific Theater.

He was a lifemember of the V.F.W., Post 2O07 and the A. Chapter 19. He served as Past Commander of the V.F.W., Post 2007 and the Seam Squirrel of Scorpion 16. Mr. Gliesman was also a member of the American Legion Post 268 and the Loyal Order of Moose, Lodge 2010.

He was retired from the P.B.C. Health Department and the Blood Bank. He Is survived by his wife, Geraldine M. (Schultz) Gliesman of West Palm Beach; two sons, William E. Gliesman of Orlando, and Charles R.

Gliesman of SomerviUe, a daughter, Sandra E. Rapa of SomerviUe, three step-children, Charles W. Schultz of Washington, D.C., Gary L. Schultz of Cory, N.C., and Virginia K. Fox of Pittsburgh, ten grandchildren; and two great grandchildren.

Also surviving are two brothers, Thomas Gliesman of Ossipee, N.H., and Robert Gliesman of New Mexico. He was predeceased by his brother, Edward Gliesman in 1982. A M.O.C. Mrs. Mayer was born Highland Falls, New York, October 29, 1904, daughter of the late James W. and Sarah (Armstrong) Jevens. She had resided in Lake Park, Fla. after living in Litchfield and then moving to Maine.

She had been a member of the National Society, Daughters of the American Revolution; St. Michael's Episcopal Church, Litchfield; and Associate member of Daughters of the American Revolution, Mary Tailmadge Chapter in Litchfield and the Putnam County Historical Society, Cold Spring, N.Y. She leaves three sons, Joseph J. Mayer of Head Tide, Alna, Maine, Richard T. Mayer of Galax, and Donald R.

Mayer ol Seattle, a brother, Arthur Jevens of Central Nyack, N.Y.; a sister, Hannah Alsdorf, of Loveland, Ohio; fifteen grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
