Miss Sohmer graduated from the Lock Haven High School, and attended Beefoe School of Nursing, Lewes, Del. She is now employed by the Lock Haven Garment Co. Mr. Young, also a graduate of the Lock Haven High School, is a sophomore at Lock Haven State College. He is employed at Unkel Joe's Woodshed.

Fred A. Preuss, Muncy R.O. 1. Miss Poff is a graduate of the Muncy High School. She will graduate in September from the WillJamsport Hospital School of Nursing.

Mr. Preuss, a 1963 Williamsport High School graduate, is employed as chief engineer at Radio Station WMPT. A late summer wedding is planned. Mr. Poff who had been a teacher and football, coach at WHliamsburg High School was employed as an advertising writer at Radio Station WBPZ in Lock Haven.

The couple was attended by Mr. and Mrs. William Moore, brother-in-law, and sister of the bridegroom. The reception was held at the home of the bride's parents. Mrs.

Nonemaker graduated in 1965 from the Lock Haven High School. She is employed by Bro- Dart Industries in WiUiamsport. Pvt. Nonemaker, who graduated in 1966, is on active duty at Fort Knox, Ky. For the present the bride will remain with her parents.

Peace Corps Man Protests Draft SEATTLE, Wash. (AP) A Seattle Peace Corps volunteer who protested being pulled out of the Philippines for the draft is scheduled to be inducted next Tuesday.

The volunteer, Fred Lonidier, 24, wrote to the Manila Times after receiving his induction notice and said it was a waste of time and money to train Peace Corps volunteers and then draft them. He also termed the Peace Corps a political gimmick. He joined the Peace Corps after he. was classified 1A in the draft. Lonidier and his wife, Paulette, 23, who was a Peace Corps volunteer with him in the Philippines, returned to Seattle after visiting her parents in California.
