Foster. Gee. Henry Donnell Foster, one of the most prominent men of Western Pennsylvania, and of the entire State, for that matter, died on Saturday at the residence of his son- in-law, Mr. F. A.

Happer, at Irwin Station, Westmoreland county, aged 71 years, 10 months and 19 daye. Mr. Foster had not been well for qnite a while, being troubled with enlargement ofthe liver and dyspepsia but did not acknowledge his illness by retiring from business until March last. At the session of the Supreme Conrt he argued a number of cases. He was born in Jlfercer December 19th, 1808.
