Either sophomore Roger Poerschke or freshman Roger McCune will handle quarterbacking duties. Strong City Downs E-High Sophomores STRONG CITY Scoring in every quarter, Strong City High School defeated the Emporia High Sophomores 27-7 here Thursday night. Emporia's only score came in the third quarter when McCulley plunged one yard. Bledsoe lead the Strong City attack, scoring twice on a pair of 28-yard runs. He also scored two of the conversion attempts on runs.
