OJituanllb FRIDAY, AUGUST 26, i960 PAGE FIVE Pellet Gun Kills Boy, 12 WARWOOD, W. Va. (AP)-A 12-year-old Ohio County boy was shot in the heart Wednesday by a pellet gun when his young sister was twirling it over her head. The victim was Robert Schenerlein, son of Mr. and Mrs.

Charles Schenerlein of Riley-Delaplaine Road near Warwood. Investigating officers said the victim and his two younger sisters were playing in the basement when one of the girls picked up the pellet rifle. Suddenly it discharged and the pellet went into Robert's heart. He died shortly after being admitted to Wheeling Hospital Tokyo Shaken By Mild Quake TOKYO (AP) The Tokyo- Yokohama region was shaken by a mild earthquake Thursday. The epicenter of the tremor, which lasted several seconds, was located 37 below the earth's surface off the Boso Peninsula, south of Tokyo, There were no reports of damage.

Lambert, 66, died al his home, 224 N. Petroleum St. at 11:15 a. m. yesterday.

He was born Jan. 25, 1894, in Keating Summit, Potter County the son of the late James B. anc Mary Stocker Lambert. He married Mary A. Sullivan Nov.

19 1940. Mr. Lambert was educated in schools at St. Marys. He enlistee on June 26," 1917, and served overseas with the AEF in the 3rd battalion, 365th infantry and in the 2nd Army headquarters troop depot.

He was commissioned as a first lieutenant and was discharged April 9, 1919. Mr. Lambert was a member of the officers reserve from 1919 to 1934. Before coming to Titusville in 1929 as salesmanager for United Hardware and Supply he was a plumbing and heating engineer and traveling sales representative for the American Radiator and Standard Sanitary Manufacturing Co. Mr.

Lambert retired in 1954 because of ill healths was a member of the American Legion Cleo Ross Post 368 and the AM Keystone Lodge 455 of Erie. Surviving Mr. Lambert are his a sister, Miss Maude Lambert of York, and three brothers, C. N. Lambert, Avery C.

Lambert and William B. Lambert, all of Erie. Friends may call at the Howard Johnson Funeral Home from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p. m. today.

Hugh Green Hugh Green, 84, resident of Crawford County, died early yesterday at his home in Montana. Born in East Troy, he was the son of Lyman and Rebecca McCurdy Green. died at 8:45 p.m. Wednes day ia the Titusville Hospital fo lowing a short illness. Born in Titusville, he was a so of the late Patrick and EUe Melloy Geary. On May 31, 1905 he married Anne Murphy of Titus ville who died on April 14, 191 Mr. Geary was a member of th Holy Name Society of St.

Reed of Oil City, RD; a son, Wil lianv Bower of Knox; five grandchildren; a sister, Mrs. Ber tha Putman of Erie, and a broth er, John Thompson of Dempsey town.
