Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Thursday at St. Henry's Catholic Church in Marshalltown, of which she was a member. Cremation will follow services, and private burial of the cremains will be at Riverside Cemetery in Marshalltown.

Mrs. Banzhaf had lived in Marshalltown all her life. She was a homemaker and a member of Knights of Columbus. She is survived by a daughter, Gerry Best, and a son, William, both of Marshalltown; 12 grandchildren; 19 greatgrandchildren; and two great-greatgrandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Earl.

Friends may call from 5 to 9 p.m. today at Pursel-Davis Funeral Home in Marshalltown, where the family will be present from 7 to 9 p.m.. HARRY ROGERS Urbandale of the 4600 block of 78th Street, Urbandale, died of a stroke Monday at Hospice Kavanagh House. The body was cremated, and family graveside services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at McDivitt Grove Cemetery.

Mr. Rogers was born in Chicago and had lived in Antioch, Ill, and Florida before moving to Urbandale in March, He was a retired engineer and plumbing contractor and a member of Jackson Masonic Lodge and Order of the Eastern Star, both in Shelbyville, Medina Temple Shrine in Chicago and Egypt Temple Shrine in Tampa, Fla. He is survived by his wife, Lucille; a daughter, Jan Page of Urbandale; a sister, Genevieve Jones of Appleton, five grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren. Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice Kavanagh House. Westover Funeral Home is handling arrangements.

ALICE MORTVEDT Story City Alice M. Mortvedt, 99, of Story City died of a heart ailment Monday at Bethany Manor there. Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Thursday at St. Petri Lutheran Church in Story City.

Burial will be at Mamrelund Cemetery in Randal Mrs. Mortvedt was born in Hamilton County and had lived in Story City since 1955. She was a homemaker and member of the St. Petri Quilters. She is survived by two sons, David of Ellsworth and Loren of Olin; seven grandchildren; two step-grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; four step-greatgrandchildren; and a great-greatgrandchild.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Ben. Saturday at Stark-Welin Chapel in Boone. Mrs. Grady was born in Albia and had lived in Boone until moving to California in 1960. She had been an Avon representative. William Clinton Lee, 78, of Arvada, died of a heart ailment Sunday at Exempla Lutheran Medical Center in Wheatland, Colo.

Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Thursday at Dawson Methodist Church in Dawson. Mr. Lee was born in Dumont and had lived there and in Perry before moving to Colorado in 1966. He was a retired manufacturing engineer with IBM.

Williams, 67, of the 1100 block of Mercy Park died of cancer Thursday at Poudre Valley Hospital in Fort Collins, Colo. Services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at St.

Anthony's Catholic Church, of which she was a member. Burial will be at a later date in Sioux City. Mrs. Williams was born in Sioux City and had lived in Des Moines since 1956. She was a retired secretary with the Des Moines public school system and enjoyed volunteer work and painting with oils.

She is survived by two daughters, Jo Ann Williams and Kim O'Hara, both of Des Moines; a son, Michael of Littleton, two sisters, Eleanor Kearney of Bakersfield, and Dorothy Bartels of Los Angeles; five grandchildren; and a great-grandchild. She was preceded in death by her husband, James. MILDRED HORNBERG Ogden Mildred L. Hornberg, 81, of Ogden died of a heart ailment Sunday at home. Services will be at 1:30 p.m. today at Community United Methodist Church in Ogden, of which she was a member. Burial will be at Elmwood Cemetery in Minburn.

Mrs. Hornberg was born in Minburn and had lived in Ogden 50 years. She had been a bookkeeper for the City State Bank in Ogden and was a member of Ogden Business Women and several card clubs, where she enjoyed playing pinochle. She also enjoyed her plants and flowers, crocheting, traveling and fishing. She is survived by a son, Cy of Ogden; a daughter, Rosemary Hill of Bonners Ferry, Idaho; two sisters, Doris Bender Billings, and Afton Gibson of Pleasantville; and two grandchildren.

ELNOR HOLLINGSHEAD Boone Elnor Hollingshead, 88, of Boone died of a heart ailment Friday at Boone County Hospital there. The body was cremated, and no services are planned. Private burial of the cremains will be at a later date at Linwood Park Cemetery in Boone. Mrs. Hollingshead was born in Coffeyville and had lived in Boone since 1959.

She had been a nurse at Ledges Manor and Boone County Hospital and a partner with her daughter in Frame-ArtIque. She also had owned and operated Grandma's Attic in Boone. She enjoyed rummage sales, sewing and playing bingo. She is survived by a daughter, Joyce Carroll of Boone; two grandchildren; two step-grandchildren; and several greatgrandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Clyde.

Grife, 65, of Newton died of a heart ailment Sunday at Skiff Medical Center there. Services will be at 1:30 p.m. Thursday at Pence Funeral Home in Newton. Burial will be at Dallas Cemetery in Melcher-Dallas. Mr.

Grife was born in Mahaska County and had lived in Newton 33 years. He was the retired director of product manufacturing with Maytag Corp. and had served in the lowa Army National Guard, retiring as a lieutenant colonel. He was a member of Maytag Management Club and Hitchhiker RV Club of Iowa. He enjoyed gardening, country music, traveling to Branson, wintering in Casa Grande, camping, fishing, hunting, woodworking and fixing things.

He is survived by his wife, Betty; a son, Daryl of Newton; and three daughters, Shellene Dawn Leavens of Kellogg and Laura Jean Moes and Barbara Ann Hackworth, both of Newton. McCellan, 78, of Guthrie Center died of cancer Oct. 23 at Guthrie County Hospital there. The body was cremated, and memorial services will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at First United Methodist Church in Guthrie Center, of which she was a member. Burial of the cremains will be at Union Cemetery there.

Mrs. McCellan was born in Seeley Township and had lived in Guthrie Center many years. She was a secretary with C.F. Greenfield and had served as a financial secretary for Guthrie Center churches for more than 17 years. She was a member of TOPS Club and enjoyed bowling and sorting seed corn in the fall.

She is survived by her husband, John of Perry; two sons, Gene of Arlington, and Leon of Warsaw, two daughters, Janice Stoffel of Ralston, and Judy Hilgenberg of Guthrie Center; a brother, David Rosenbeck of Menlo; a sister, Donna Knight of Jefferson; and eight grandchildren. Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. at her home in Guthrie Center. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society or her church.
