He was founding secretary al the Board of Commissioners of the Palm Reach County Fire Control District Number Twelve, founding chairman at the board at trustees of (he Thelma B. founding president of the West Jupiter Educational Fund, and a director al the West Jupiter Community Group. Hay Is the author of A Brief History of Mt. Carmel Missionary Baptist Church (19). along with several essays on religion. Born in Barnwell, SC, on September B.

1916. Hay at 10 moved to Jupiter with his parents. Deacon Thomas and Ella Hunter Hay Sr. Hay Is survived by his second wife, Lillie Mae of Jupiter, along with four sons by his first wife. Mae Belle Clover, who died in 1970.

His sons are Benjamin P. (Betty of Palm Beach Gardens; Dr, Samuel A. of Greensboro, NC; Col. (Ret.) Joseph McN. (Marlon) al Augusta, GA.

and James Thomas 111 (Marie) of Jupiter. Also a sister, tattle H. of Jupiter; and two sisters-in-law, Catherine Bell of West Palm Beach and Ruby Thomas (Herbert) of Riviera Reach. Among his stepchildren are Gussle Macon and Connie Kpps (William) at jm Angeles, CA; Mary Preston and Haskell Thomas (Patricia) of Riviera Beach; and Sherrye lwis of Jupiter. Hay is also survived by twenty-one grandchildren, twenty-eight great grands, thirteen great-great grands, and a large number of nephews, nieces, cousins and friends.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, January 8, 2100, at 11:00 AM at the Mt. Carmel Missionary Baptist Church in Jupiter. The family will receive friends on Friday. January 7th, at Mt. Carmel.

Arrangement are being handled by AycocK Funeral Homes in Jupiter. JOSEPH W. GAGLIANELLO 73, of Boca Raton went home to the Lord on Tuesday, January 4, 2000 at Hospice by the Sea after a battle with cancer. Mr. Gaglianello was born on June 29, 1926 in tueens, NY.

He started working for IBM in April 1956 as an electronics technician In Kingston, NY. He worked in Yorktown, NY and Poughkeepsie, NY and moved to Boca Raton in 1975. There he was also a safety engineer and an instructor. After 32 years he retired from IBM In 1988. He Is survived by his wife of 52 years, Marilyn Gaglianello of Boca Raton; Four children, Susan Stevens and husband, David Johnson of Mllpitas, CA, Joseph Gaglianello and wife, Mary of Boca Raton, Robert Gaglianello and wife, Jennifer of Little Silver, NJ, and Patricia Yoder and husband, Brian of Boca Raton; twelve grandchildren, Siefanie Singer and husband, Christopher, Tiffany Stevens, Sharon Stevens, Cynthia Sossel, Annette Gaglianello, Joseph Gaglianello, Mark Gaglianello, Trevor Gaglianello, Francesca Gaglianello, Michelle Yoder, Jennifer Yoder, and Craig Yoder; and two sisters, Marion Oro of Boynton Beach and Marguerite Healy and husband, Kenneth of Conway, SC.
