**ftl AKDttH HAlVtftiON EOWOt Graduation Time Hears For Fenfcon's Seniors Fenton — Baccalaureate services for the Sentral Community School District (Fenton, Lont Kock and Seneca) will be held Sunday evening, May 19, at tht Lone Rock school gym. The Address will be given by the Rev. G. E. Nordine. The Commencement service will be held Tuesday evening. May 21 at the Fenton High School gym. The Address wilt be given by Dr. Howard L. Blan chard of Des Mpines. The title of his Address will be 'Think and Succeed.' The class motto is 'In Ourselves, our future lies'. The members of the Fenton class, the activities they have participated in, and their plans for the future follow: Daryl DeSart is the son of Mr and Mrs Scott DeSart, farmers living west of Fenton. Daryl has been active in vocal music, basketball and baseball. This fall he plans to enroll at the Estherville Junior College. Glennis Finneslad is the daughter of Mr and Mrs Lloyd Finnestad. During her high school days she has participated in the following school activities: Band, Mixed chorus, Girls' Glee Club, Sextette, softball and basketball. Her plans for the future are indefinite. Marlene Freyholtz is the daughter of Mr and Mrs Fritz Freyholtz. She has participated in Band, Mixed Chorus, Girls Glee Club and basketball. Marlene plans to remain in the Fenton Community. On June 23rd she will become the bride of Dean Meyer and they will make their home on a farm three miles east of Fenton. William Fuoss is the son of Mr and Mrs Earl Fuoss. Bill took part in both the Junior and Senior plays and has served on the Music committee for the 1957 Annual. He has work of driving truck for the summer and plans to continue in this work. , Gary Haasa is the son of Mr and Mrs William Haase of Fenton. He participated in the Senior Class play. His plans for the future are indefinite at this time. Marlys Jentz is the daughter .oi Mrs Helena Jentz. She has been actitte^ih Band, Chorus; Basket^ ball 'and Softball. Marlys will be wed on June 9th to Dennis Long. John ^lunch is the son of Mt and Mrs John Munch. He has participated in vocal music, Band, baseball and basketball. John plans to work part-time this summer and then Sept, 9th he will enroll at the Northwest Telegraph school at Minneapolis. Beth Ann Newel is the daughter of Mrs Jessie L. Newel. Her activities have included Band and Chorus all four years, and sh«. has also been a class officer each of the four years. This past year she was a cheerleader. Betb plans to take elementary education at Mankato State Teachers college. Roger potratz is the sen of Mr and Mrs Alvin Potratz. Roger has been active in" baseball, basketball, vocal music and also band, He served as class president during his Junior year ar.d has also serve4 on the Studen 1 . Counpil. Roger will be working out for the summer months and has no definite plans at this- time. William Jentz is the son of Mi and Mrs William Jentz. He has taker} part in baseball, basketball and band. He plans to attend the Estherville Junior College. JoAnn Sunde is the daughter of Mr and Mrs Lloyd Sunue 01 Ringsted. During the past four years, she has been active in band, vocal music, and basket ball. Her future plans include working in me Fairmont teie- phone office this summer and then attending nursing college this fall. Janet Theesfiald is the daughter of Mr and Mrs Lester Theesfield of Armstrong. During the past four years, she has been active in band, vocal music, basketball, and cheerleader. She plans to work this summer but her plans for this fall are indefinite. Joyce Voigl js the daughter of Mr and Mrs Paul Voigt. She has taken vocal music and band during her four years in high school: This fall, she plans to enter Iowa State College, at Ames to take Home Economics. Gary Wolter is the son of Mr and Mrs George Wolter. He has participated in baseball, basketball and mixed chorus. His future plans are to attend college. William Wiener is the son of Mr, and Mrs William Wiener. During his high school days, William has taken part in vocal musiu, band and baseball and has also served as a class officer and on the student council. | Diane Wichiendahl is the daughter of Mr and Mrs Edwin Wichtendahl, who farm in the Lotts Creek vicinity. Her high school activities have included Band, Girls' Glee Club, Mixed Chorus, and s^oftball. She has served as a class officer and also took part in the Junior and Senior Class plays. Her plans for the future are indefinite. » Gary Zumach is the son of Mr and Mrs Alyin Zumach. He has taken part in vocal music, band, baseball and basketball and has also served on the Student Council. Gary has not made any definite plans for the future.
