These pictures were taken on the herd's grazing grounds. A Above is pictured a real oldlime buffalo of me Buffalo Bill Days. This buffalo bull stands nearly 6 ft. tall at the hump and as you can clearly see would be quite a challenge for anyone to meet on the open range.
