Ir 1S5 GLENDALE, Oct. 19. A remarkable A.P. Wire-photo taken at the scene of the crash between the Southern Pacific's crack "Lark" and a freight University of Southern were injured. Two locomotives and three coaches were derailed.

The photo shows wreckage caused by the collision. Despite the fact that one locomotive turned over on its side both engine crews escaped injury. (U.R) Five persons were injured, one seriously, and scores of passengers were shaken up today when a collision with a truck sent both locomotives and three cars of the Southern Pacific coast train "Lark" plunging off the tracks. One engine of the San Francisco-Los Angeles train crashed on its side and the second, with the baggage, mail and first chair car left the rails and ploughed along for 200 feet but remained upright. R. Wolt-man, 517 Magnolia Avenue, San Francisco official of the Pacific Telephone and Telegraph suffered an injured right hand and shock. Woltman, according to his wife, was treated at a Glendale hospital, and later went to the home of his father in Los Angeles by automobile. He left here last night for a week-end business trip in Los Angeles and will return Tuesday. K.

Greta Nissen, blonde Norwegian motion picture actress, tonight sued for annulment of her marriage to Weldon' Heyburn, actor, charging their marriage in Tijuana, November 30, 1933, was illegal and violated legal witness and residence requirements.
