conviction In a year-old case admitted guilt on additional charges of hit-run and drunken driving Saturday in Third district court The defendant Eugene Lyman reteraon 131 Eleventh East street was ordered by District Judge Bryan Leverich to appear before the court January 8 for sentence on the two charges Court records show Peterson has until December 31 to make final payments on a $1000 fine imposed upon him last February 20 by District Judge Albert Ellett in the previous hit-run case Peterson has paid less than $500 of this fine to date and has been given stays of execution He faces a six-month Jail sentence if tie does not pay the fine Admissions of guilt to the two charges were made by Peterson after he had appealed city court verdicts against him on the two counts He was found guilty November 17 of both charges and was sentenced to pay a $250 fine and spend six months in county Jail for drunken driving and pay $100 fine or be committed for six months for hit-run driving The defendant was charged with drunken and hit-run driving after Incurring property damage while driving his machine in the 300 block on West North Temple street October 3 police records show In the
