They had an all-day picnic Sunday, July 12th, on the Briscoe Place with some seventy people present. This is a very enthusiastic group that will tra- yel many miles for these functions.

Mr. Roberts has assembled, painted and kept in top shape his vintage models. Mr. and Mrs. E.

H. ttelwig had as their guests on Sunday, Mr. and Mrs. Don Zapp, Ricky and Donna. Donna is a bride-elect for an August wedding.

Residence charge has been increased from $1.25 to $2.00, a increase for the once a week pick up service.

Commercial establishments will receive notification of their new rate for the service which is twice weekly. At the city meeting last Thursday the council accepted the bid of $383.00 from Best Fence Company to enclose the property at the warehouse requiring 231 feet of fencing plus 16 ft. gates. She apparently had a fatal heart attack while driving on the Gulf Freeway, a member of her family told The Times.
