The three arrested are William Stover, Mrs. Stover, his wife and James Hazel wood. They were held in $7,000 bonds each.

With them was taken an elaborate set of tools and printing outfit for the raising of $1 bills to $10. $2 bills to $20 and $5 bills to ff0. The trio is said to have operated in Des Moines, Chicago, Kansas City, St. Louis and a dozen other cities. George Smith of Council Bluffs, an operative connected with the Omaha district, is credited by Dickinson with having located and procured the arrests.

The prisoners are said to have admitted that they were about to go to Priest Lake, to join a brother of Stover. Smith was assisted in locating and making the arrest by Davenport boarding house keepers, who charged the trio with passing the raised bills on them.
